Requirements

• Experience using a multi-line phone system is required
• A genuinely friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and modern technology
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Previous receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
• Create a positive first impression that reflects the luxury Cadillac brand
• Manage a busy multi-line phone system and direct calls efficiently
• Assist customers in locating the appropriate department or team member
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Help maintain a polished, organized, and inviting showroom environment
• Handle customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and integrity
• Support various administrative and customer service functions as needed
