Requirements

• Attentive to detail and organized, focused on being a customer-service oriented team member.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, as you will be required to read and update patient charts.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior quality in all that you do and you will treat others as they wish to be treated.
• Be a results-oriented team player who is resourceful in overcoming obstacles.
• Be an inventive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Receive incoming calls and assist in all inquiries.
• Notify Administration of any requests for service.
• Address customers in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Assist the customers with requests.
• File, draft letters and sort mail.
