About The Position
Join us as a Per Diem Receptionist! 5 Shifts per month As a Receptionist for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Receptionist is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to professionally represent the hospital as the first point of contact, demonstrating a calm and courteous demeanor at all times
- Previous experience working directly with the public required
- Strong verbal communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette
- Basic computer skills, including minimal typing and routine task completion
- Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate associates
- Assisting family members during visitation, including directing family members to locker areas to store personal belongings during visits
- Mail distribution, as well as additional clerical duties
- Extensive contact with the public and will be the front facing representative of our hospital
