Requirements
- Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Professional and comfortable interacting with a variety of people
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using a telephone, computer, and basic office technology
- Able to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment
Nice To Haves
- Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or office experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Greeting residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Responding to questions and providing general information
- Monitoring visitors and following established security procedures
- Assisting with basic clerical and administrative tasks
- Receiving and distributing mail and other deliveries
- Maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area
- Supporting the team with other duties as needed
