About The Position
Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable individual to join our team as our new receptionist! This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment. Part-Time Evenings and Weekends.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Be able to multitask
- Be a team player
- Have a friendly attitude
- Possess a love for the elderly population
- Excellent time management
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- A background check and TB test are required upon hire
Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Communicating resident's needs with the care staff
- Greeting and assisting residents and family members in resolving concerns
- Scheduling
- Filing
- Maintaining records
- Time sheet corrections
- Any other duties as assigned by the administrator
