About The Position

Requirements

Active NMLS license (required)
Originators and Sales Leaders
Ability to self-source or manage referral-based business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth

Responsibilities

Originate residential and non-owner-occupied mortgage loans
Build and manage your own pipeline and referral relationships
Guide borrowers from application through closing
Work closely with in-house processing and compliance teams
Grow consistent monthly production while maintaining service quality
