About The Position

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers in the retail space and on the phone. They understand that because they are the first faces to greet customers, they must be exceptional at creating intentional customer experiences by being enthusiastic, personable, and welcoming upon every customer’s interaction with the store. This position starts as a part-time role at $21/hour. Work as a team player and contribute to a positive working environment. Welcome patients, customers, and visitors with a warm and friendly first impression. Efficiently manage patient check-in procedures, verifying necessary documentation and identification, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Provide basic information about available products, services, and procedures, assisting patients in understanding the offerings/benefits. Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships; exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service. Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the dispensary’s operations. Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures. Abide by all company policies and programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs
