Responsibilities also include implementing rigorous inventory control practices, overseeing stringent cash handling procedures, collaborating with management to set and exceed sales targets, driving sales through performance analysis and strategy implementation, upholding compliance with local and state regulations, mediating and resolving customer/employee concerns, complying with HR policies, and assessing floor leads for constructive feedback.
