  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Basic computer and office equipment proficiency
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using the community telephone and paging system
  • Assist visitors and ensure all guests sign in and out appropriately
  • Take accurate messages and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Schedule resident transportation for medical appointments
  • Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies
  • Notify the Supervisor in Charge (SIC) of resident bell calls as needed
  • Provide administrative support to help ensure smooth daily operations
