Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience/proficiency using MS Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Minimum of 2-5 of work experience, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using an Enterprise-wide system such as AS-400, D-365, SAP, etc., is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the access into the building/front desk area for visitors and deliveries
• Greets all visitors and notifies the appropriate employee.
• Answers, handles, and directs incoming phone calls.
• Manages and purchases office supplies
• Receives, sorts, and distributes all mail and packages
• Maintains and updates all Conference Rooms reservations, including the scheduling calendars
• Assists Plant Operations in assigned tasks (open mail, follow up with vendor inquiries, review monthly statements, other tasks as assigned).
• Coordinate Plant Events
• Follows all safety and PPE requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as required.
