About The Position

We are seeking a highly articulate, tech-savvy, and professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone in the Philippines who possesses impeccable English language skills and excellent writing and listening comprehension. The role also requires adaptability to systems, light email correspondence, and documentation of calls.

Requirements

  • Near-native English fluency in both speech and writing.
  • Excellent listening comprehension and note-taking ability.
  • Demonstrated comfort with remote tools and platforms (e.g., CRMs, VoIP systems, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and independently.
  • Calm, friendly, and service-oriented tone.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Backup power or plan in place for outages.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (remote experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Outlook, Sagoma MS Bookings or similar.
  • Background in Personal Lines insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and professionally respond to incoming calls with clarity, confidence, and courtesy.
  • Accurately document client and caller information in English during or immediately after calls into our CRM system.
  • Quickly learn and efficiently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to retrieve and input information.
  • Draft and send light, professional email communication as needed (e.g., confirmations, follow-ups, basic client support).
  • Assist in booking appointments or sending reminders via CRM or other internal tools.
  • Identify when to escalate calls to relevant departments and ensure clear hand-off notes are left for the internal team.
