Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. We are seeking an energetic and people-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Fort McMurray. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday day shift position perfect for a well-organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks with precision and a positive attitude. Requirements

  • College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office.
  • Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information.
  • Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival.
  • Maintain and update telephone lists.
  • Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms.
  • Manage scanning for electronic mail.
  • Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
