About The Position

As a freelance sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-store experiences to customers, combining creative and technical expertise with a passion for people. This role involves offering personalized consultations, including makeup application, skincare advice, hair, or fragrance consultations. You will also contribute to creating impact through in-store events and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising. This is a progressive career opportunity for dynamic self-starters within the prestige beauty industry.

Requirements

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Nice To Haves

Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable.
Beginner-level expertise in makeup is welcomed.
Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued.
Amateur level experience demonstrating a high level of creative and technical expertise.
Retail experience is preferred.
