Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with confidence, energy, and authenticity, making them feel welcome the moment they walk in.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all guests, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and positive.
• Answer and route multi-line phone calls efficiently while maintaining a friendly, polished tone.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Parts, MotorClothes) and ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide accurate answers regarding dealership operations, hours, events, and general inquiries.
• Communicate customer arrivals to sales staff, assist with internal coordination, and jump in where needed.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
