About The Position

American Road Group is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist at Orlando Harley-Davidson. This is a part-time position where the individual will serve as the Front Desk Receptionist, greeting Harley-Davidson customers, visitors, and vendors entering the dealership. The role requires providing first-class customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers in a fun, high-energy dealership environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office, internet, and email use.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action and redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues.
Detail oriented and highly organized with good judgement and objectivity.
Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Must be flexible in schedule- evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities

Act with professionalism and determine the needs of customers and vendors, directing them to the proper person and/or office.
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner and provide them with accurate directions to their destination.
Treat all visitors, clients, and staff with courtesy, sensitivity and respect.
Answer telephone calls and take messages as needed and respond to routine inquiries using customer-oriented etiquette.
Receive all incoming mail from postal system, courier services and other deliveries and process all outgoing U.S. mail.
Send and receive faxes, distribute mail to proper mailboxes.
Support other departments as needed.
All other responsibilities as assigned.
