About The Position
The Receptionist provide service to the residents in the community that enable them to function at the highest possible level. This service includes: Answering and directing incoming call Delivering mail and packages Directing visitors and guests Providing assistance to residents, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Assisting with small projects
Requirements
- Computer experience
- Desire to serve senior adults
- Positive outlook
- Ability to take initiative and be detailed oriented
- Working independently and on a team
- Flexible and able to handle a fast pace
- Great communication and customer service skills
