Our receptionists are primarily responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting registration information. Our scheduling system is complex and call volumes at times high, creating a fast paced environment. As a Receptionist you must be able to consistently relate in a positive, courteous and caring manner to staff and the individuals seeking services. You will be able to demonstrate your telephone etiquette, keyboarding and ten-key skills, use of computer programs, and working knowledge of HIPAA laws.
