About The Position

The Receptionist Scheduling Coordinator at Baptiste Orthodontics serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience while supporting the daily administrative operations of the office. You'll work hand-in-hand with dentists, dental assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized.
