About The Position

As a Coastline Scheduling Coordinator, your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with the Orthodontist, orthodontic assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized. This role is part of our travel team, and some travel to other clinics is required. General housekeeping and maintaining office stock levels are also part of the responsibilities. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of office experience desired
  • Legible handwriting
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
