Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as receptionist, customer service, or sales.
  • Advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Customer service orientation
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Comfortable speaking up and suggesting improvements
  • Tech-savvy

Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound calls for the firm and provide accurate information
  • Serve as the first point of contact, filtering unnecessary communications
  • Organize and maintain documents for easy access
  • Make outbound calls as needed (15–20 per day)
  • Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth communication flow
  • Utilize SmartAdvocate for case management and RingCentral for call handling
  • Review client files to address questions without escalating unnecessarily
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams via Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Manage and oversee the office calendar, scheduling calls, meetings, and events
