Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a Receptionist to join a client-focused family law firm in Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the first point of contact, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients. As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys and staff, ensuring smooth scheduling, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working as a Receptionist or Front Desk person.
  • Software: Microsoft Office, scheduling tools.
  • Traits: Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage moderate call volume efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Monitor voicemail and ensure prompt responses
  • Support attorneys and staff with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized client records and update case management systems
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to clients regarding appointments and next steps
  • Schedule consultations and client meetings accurately and efficiently
  • Answer and manage incoming calls from clients and prospective clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Follow up proactively on time-sensitive scheduling matters
  • Maintain and manage attorney calendars, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling
  • Conduct initial client intake and gather relevant information
