Opening its doors in 2013 and expanding in 2017, this state-of-the-art acute care facility has 177 patient rooms and offers a wide variety of services to meet community needs. Here, you will be supported as you follow your dreams and find where you belong, here at Tradition Hospital. Receptionists are often the first point of contact when patients come to Cleveland Clinic. Your warm smile, positive attitude and kind, compassionate and empathetic demeanor sets the tone for both the current visit and future visits. In this role, you will support the Ambulatory Reception Team through taking calls and routing them depending on whether it is a clinical or clerical call. Receptionists deliver what matters most to our patients and their families, ensure exceptional experiences and thrive on making positive impacts in the community. This role provides the opportunity to be a part of a team that is supportive of growth and development. Here, you will have the chance to enhance your skills each day, which may lead to internal movement within the enterprise. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:30AM – 5:00PM. Following the 90-day on-site training period, this caregiver may work remotely. Training will take place from 8:00AM – 4:30PM. This caregiver must be local to the St. Lucie West area.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of college and/or business school

Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist functions for assigned areas and/or departments.
  • Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information.
  • Receive, screen, route and respond to incoming telephone calls.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
  • Comply with privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.
