About The Position
VCA Fairmount Animal Hospital is seeking a Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, booking appointments, handling payment transactions, maintaining records, and answering telephones. The position involves working with both animals and pet owners in a caring and empathetic manner, providing support to clients in a fast-paced environment. The hospital is AAHA accredited and has been providing veterinary care for over 55 years. Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Minimum 1-2 year customer service experience
- Prior veterinary experience helpful
