About The Position
Merit Chevrolet Co. is seeking a friendly and dependable part-time Service Receptionist / Cashier to join our team in St Paul, MN. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and handling daily transactions accurately while maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cashier or reception role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide assistance with inquiries
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash accurately
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer flow
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
