About The Position

Haggerty Auto Group is seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities include answering dealership phones, assisting customers across Sales, Service, and Parts departments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent listening and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
• Punctual and adaptable, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule in a dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eagerness to continually improve
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a 10-key adding machine is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage dealership group phone lines
• Greet and assist customers in person, directing them to the appropriate department
• Notify the relevant team member when a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Collaborate effectively with Sales and other internal teams
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in communications with callers and visitors
• Balance cash drawer accurately
• Perform other duties as assigned
