The Receptionist is expected to protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the dealership. This role ensures all calls and customers are greeted in a timely and welcoming fashion to initiate positive visits. The position involves accurately filing receipts and permits to maintain an accurate record-keeping process for quick data retrieval. The Receptionist will also act as a teacher to support the efforts of other employees and seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service. Primary duties include ensuring maximum productivity, customer service, and cost control, while achieving customer service satisfaction standards and facilitating incoming calls and traffic. The role effectively greets, communicates with, and guides customers to appropriate departments for assistance. Accurate review of money and permit receipts is essential for consistent tracking methods. The Receptionist must report to work on time and maintain a reliable work schedule, fostering a dependable environment for customers and team members. Effective communication with and performance of all job duties requested by management are required. The role demands operating with integrity, demanding the highest ethical standards from oneself and others, and setting an example of good attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly, and safe work environment. The Receptionist will communicate and help resolve customer complaints and adjustments.
