About The Position
Guadalupe Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bilingual Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, both in person and by phone, creating a welcoming experience while supporting our mission of helping members thrive financially.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, including the ability to understand and speak fluently.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or financial institution
- Experience with multi-line phone systems.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and visitors in person and by phone.
- Accurately handle basic financial transactions and member requests.
- Answer questions and provide information about products, services, and branch resources.
- Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate staff or department.
