The Receptionist is a crucial member of the team, serving as the initial point of contact for families. This role works closely with the Office Manager and the Dean of Operations, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient management of front desk operations.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome families into the school
  • Manage front desk adult sign in log
  • Manage front desk scholar sign in log, including tardies and dismissals
  • Answer phone calls and take messages for staff
  • Manage the staff break room supplies - order coffee etc.
  • Schedule meetings between families and staff including at high volume times like family conferences and enrollment meetings.
  • Support with set up and break down of school events like family conferences
  • Adapt to tackle other day to day challenges as they come up
