This role involves managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, responding to client inquiries, and supporting general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will provide a positive and professional first impression for all callers and ensure efficient communication within the firm.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Comfortable using VOIP systems and scheduling software.
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Appointment scheduling experience.
  • Previous remote work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a US law firm is preferred.

Responsibilities
