Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist parents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and clarity.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for student enrollment and attendance.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Assist with billing and payment processing for tuition and fees.
  • Support classroom staff with administrative tasks and supplies management.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming at all times.
