About The Position

The primary responsibilities of this position are to maintain the functions of the front desk, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing clerical duties. This position is a full-time temporary position with the possibility of being converted to a regular employee.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an upbeat telephone personality.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to effectively multi-task on multiple projects.
  • At least 1 years’ office experience is highly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone and greeting visitors.
  • Mail distribution and postage refill.
  • Updates the phone & employee directory.
  • Ordering and maintaining office & break room supplies.
  • Handling travel arrangements for employees/candidates/guests.
  • Backup for scheduling interviews and reserving conference rooms.
  • Assisting with the Visas/Passport application process.
  • Business card orders.
  • Purchase requisition and invoices reconciliation.
  • Help support company events.
  • Various assignments/projects.
