We are seeking an Office Administrator who will work primarily with our Sales, Operation and HR departments. This person will assist with specific projects while demonstrating good attention to detail. This person will also be representing the company while assisting with different office commitments each week. Are you ready to be part of our future? Responsibilities and essential job functions will include, clerical work, vendor management, data entry, and admin support, but are not limited to the following:

Requirements

  • Proven experience in order processing / purchasing.
  • Strong attention to detail with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient computer skills: Including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing processes.
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data security and confidentiality practices to ensure the protection of customer information.

Responsibilities

  • Handle different projects with good attention to detail.
  • Manage a few select vendors while maintaining a good relationship with each.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Warehouse, Marketing and/or HR) to ensure timely follow-up with incoming calls and visitors.
  • Manage the visitor log and conference room schedules when applicable.
  • Create and update employee communication displays each month (Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, etc)
  • Creative and able to work independently on different internal projects.
  • Compile and organize different groups of data.
  • Comfortable with data entry
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to data security and confidentiality.
