About The Position

Our LA office is currently seeking an enthusiastic administrative professional to join our downtown office as a full-time, on-site Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This is a wonderful opportunity for a detail-minded person with a creative and collaborative work style.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Keen attention to detail and proofreading skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a professional services firm.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent college/certificate course work.
  • Motivated to provide administrative support to all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls from the Reception area and appropriately and professionally directs callers and visitors.
  • Order, stock, and take inventory of office/kitchen equipment and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support services such as document processing and distribution, calendar invite assistance, and project task coordination.
  • Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of office/conference room/kitchen.
  • Set-up/clean-up conference room for meetings.
  • Assist Office Manager and other Functional Departments on special projects as needed.
