About The Position

The Reception Desk team member is the first point of contact for guests, crucial for setting a positive tone for their visit. The role involves ensuring guests have a fun and memorable experience. WOW Zone Family Entertainment Center has been a staple in the Mankato community for over 15 years, and since 2008, it has been Southern Minnesota's ultimate destination for fun and excitement, featuring 24 bowling lanes, a two-level laser tag arena, blacklight mini golf, a full arcade, a snack bar, and a sports bar & restaurant. Manage incoming calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers and addressing their needs efficiently
Inform guests about ongoing promotions and special offers to enhance their visit and encourage participation in various activities
