We specialize in sourcing and selling high-quality nuts, dried fruit, chocolate, and more. Requirements

Ability to work a full-time schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday, 7 AM - 5:30 PM.
Experience operating PIVs.
Able to complete physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand for an average of up to 10 hours per shift.
Able to work in a facility with various allergens (milk, wheat, eggs, shellfish, sesame, peanuts, fish, tree nuts, and soy).
A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner.
Extremely detail-oriented.
Excellent work ethic, always on time and reliable.
Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers, verbally and in writing.
High school diploma, or its equivalent, or 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or food production environment.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of up to 5 employees, monitoring daily attendance and production goals.
Provide support and coaching to ensure associates achieve established performance metrics.
Lead daily pre-shift stand-up meetings, covering safety stretches, shift priorities, productivity targets, and company updates.
Maintain, update, and analyze existing productivity tools in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Ensure the team's adherence to safety, quality, and food safety policies, escalating concerns as needed.
Ensure the team is prepared with necessary resources for their shift.
Complete work alongside associates, meeting personal productivity goals.
Operate power industrial vehicles (PIVs) to accomplish work.
Support the onboarding of new associates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
