About The Position

We are looking for a Receiving Warehouse Lead to support our SJE Rhombus brand. This role will work out of our Detroit Lakes, MN location. The Receiving Warehouse Lead will spend 85% of their time performing warehouse duties such as receiving, put away, material handling, and running product to the production floor. This role will lead, plan, organize, and monitor the daily activities in receiving, warehouse, and the delivery of product to the production floor. This role will be vital in maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy. The Receiving Warehouse Lead will ensure that incoming raw materials, supplies, and equipment are received, stored and delivered in an accurate and timely manner. This role will be responsible for building a strong multi-locational team atmosphere and fostering collaboration across the organization. The Receiving Warehouse Lead will train, evaluate, and coach the staff of the department as well as ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
