About The Position

The Receiving Specialist is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting medical supplies, equipment, and other hospital inventory. The role ensures inbound shipments meet hospital standards and regulatory requirements before distribution to hospital departments. It supports supply chain efficiency and helps prevent disruptions in patient care through timely, accurate inventory management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a receiving, warehouse, or supply chain role.
