About The Position

Under limited supervision, this role involves accepting deliveries of goods into the company and verifying them against shipping manifests, bills of lading, or purchase orders. The specialist will interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to receiving issues. Responsibilities include using assisted and/or powered mechanical means to load, unload, store, and deliver materials, participating in audits to ensure quality and manufacturing procedures are followed, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area. The role also requires completing assigned tasks within the scope of the job description to support department objectives and develop individual skills. The position requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout a full shift, and the ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED is required. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder.

Responsibilities

  • Accepts deliveries of goods into the company and verify deliveries with attached shipping manifests, bills of lading or purchase orders.
  • Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge or resolve problems related to receiving issues.
  • Use assisted and/or powered mechanical means to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.
  • Participate in audits ensuring all quality and manufacturing procedures and policies are being followed.
  • Comply with all rules and regulations of Raytheon Technologies, including, but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, Quality, and attendance requirements.
  • Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Complete assigned tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
