Receiving / Mailroom Attendant Part Time

About The Position

The receiving attendant is responsible for the sorting and delivery of packages. The attendant will also deliver packages to the unit between 4-6 pm. Additionally, the attendant will be responsible for registering contractors. This position will be located primarily indoors and occasionally outdoors when it is necessary to deliver packages to owners. Requirements

• Prior experience in a related position or in similar capacity.
• Working knowledge of computer and associated programs.
• Ability to multi-task, set and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with a diverse and multi-culture population.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver all packages.
• Notify owners of packages.
• Delivery of packages to the units.
• Register contractor coming to work in the units.
• Report any unforeseen issues to the Property Manager.
• Deal with customers in a polite and diplomatic manner.
• Utilize proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing phone calls made to residents. All calls should be clear and in a professional manner.
