About The Position

As a Receiving Lead on the AM shift, you will help lead the Inbound team by assisting with unloading and accurately receiving inbound shipments. You will work with products for clients involved in the active lifestyle. The role involves occasional lifting and moving boxes weighing 20–50 lbs. and other general warehouse duties. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at 1575 Van Buren Road, Easton, PA 18045. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through on assignments with minimal direction, and be detail-oriented.
• Experience leading receiving personnel to ensure assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook.
• Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders and stairs, and tolerating dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and cross-training of receiving employees.
• Lead and delegate receiving tasks while working within SLA.
• Collaborate with the Receiving Supervisor to plan labor requirements based on forecasts and direction from the Client Services team.
• Ensure inbound shipments are received from vendors and conduct quality checks for damages and discrepancies.
• Receive, offload, and scan shipments, and perform other general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
