About The Position

As a Receiving Lead on the PM shift, you will help lead the Inbound team by assisting with unloading and accurately receiving inbound shipments. You will work with products from clients involved in the active lifestyle. The role includes occasional lifting and moving of boxes weighing 20–50 lbs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The starting pay is $22.00 per hour, comprising a $21.00 base rate and a $1.00 shift differential. The position is located at 1575 Van Buren Road, Easton, PA 18045.

Requirements

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, follow through on assignments with minimal direction, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Experience leading receiving personnel to ensure assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders and stairs, and tolerating dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and cross-training of receiving employees.
• Lead and delegate receiving tasks while working within SLA.
• Collaborate with the Receiving Supervisor to plan labor requirements based on forecasts and direction from the Client Services team.
• Ensure inbound vendor shipments are received and check for damages and discrepancies.
• Receive and offload shipments, scan items, and perform other general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
