About The Position

Priority Tire is hiring a full-time Receiving Lead in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The role supports daily inbound shipments and helps keep receiving operations organized, accurate, and efficient. The Receiving Lead assists with assigning tasks, communicating workflow and team priorities, monitoring unloading, resolving shipment discrepancies, damages, or delays, and maintaining shipment records and documentation in warehouse systems. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends possible. Applicants must be able to pass a background check.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a team support or leadership capacity.
• At least 1 year of receiving experience.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry items up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, lift, bend, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended durations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Dependable and punctual, with strong productivity and time-management skills.
• Safety-minded and proactive.
• Ability to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software, such as RF Smart, NetSuite, spreadsheets, or cloud-based tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily inbound shipments to keep receiving operations moving efficiently.

• Monitor unloading activities and resolve shipment discrepancies, damages, or delays.
• Maintain accurate records and shipment documentation across warehouse systems.
