About The Position

The Receiving Inspector maintains high-quality standards while complying with GA Telesis processes. The role performs incoming and outgoing inspections of aircraft parts and materials and carries out required production procedures. The position is located in Wilmington, Ohio, and reports to the Director of Quality. The ideal candidate is quality- and detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and able to multitask while meeting quality standards and expectations. Only U.S. citizens or permanent residents will be considered.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control processes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with ATA106 and ATA300 specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9120, and ASA-100 standards.
• Familiarity with procedures for completing ATA106 certificates.
• Familiarity with procedures for Maintenance Release certificates, such as 8130s, EASA Form One, and Canadian Form One.
• Eligibility is limited to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complete visual inspections of incoming parts and materials.
• Handle materials with necessary precautions and in accordance with safe-handling requirements.
• Conduct complete visual inspections of items being shipped.
• Control non-conforming materials.
• Certify and release materials.
• Read and understand traceability documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
