About The Position

The Receiving Equipment Operator accurately puts away product in designated locations throughout the Distribution Center. The role uses a cherry picker-style lift and RF scanners to identify, locate, and move product from the dock area into the proper storage rack locations. Operators safely use a cherry picker up to 40 feet in the air, work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks and set goals, and contribute to a company culture centered on honesty, integrity, diversity, and community. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating forklift and/or cherry picker equipment.
• Comfort working at heights up to 40 feet.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on department needs, including weekends as needed.
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively, comprehend and communicate detailed instructions, and read and write.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
• General understanding of warehouse or distribution center operations.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, and handle and move items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to move objects up to 250 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations and move throughout all areas of the distribution center.
• Able to stand and walk continuously to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cherry picker lift up to 40 feet in the air.
• Use RF scanners to identify and locate product.
• Load staged product from the dock area onto the cherry picker lift.
• Move product from the lift into the proper storage rack location.
• Cooperate with team members to complete tasks and set goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
