About The Position

Receiving Clerk Blue Diamond Attachments – Knoxville, TN | Full-Time | Onsite At Blue Diamond Attachments we are Built Strong. Attached for Life. and our receiving operations are a critical part of that promise. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our supply chain — unloading, verifying, and accurately processing incoming shipments to keep our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a structured environment, and enjoys being part of a team that keeps things moving.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in receiving, warehousing, or a related administrative role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work reliably in a physical, fast-paced warehouse environment
Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
Willingness to obtain forklift certification (if not already certified)
Dependable, team-first attitude with a commitment to safety and cleanliness

Responsibilities

Verify incoming packages against orders and invoices, checking quantity, quality, and accuracy
Receive shipments and sign off on paperwork upon delivery
Label deliveries and maintain organized, accurate inventory records
Communicate with suppliers or shippers to resolve any discrepancies
Assist with inventory control and general warehouse organization
Perform regular housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean and safe
Maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with safety regulations
Work toward and maintain forklift certification
