About The Position

The Receiving Clerk ensures seamless stock management, inventory handling, and workspace maintenance within the gift redemption process. This position involves receiving, preparing, and organizing inventory for distribution, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Collaboration with delivery teams and a customer-focused mindset are essential to the role.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and distribution effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and presentable workspace.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Dependable and punctual with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the floor is consistently stocked with products.
  • Receive gift deliveries from the Receiving or Maintenance teams on pallets.
  • Open gift boxes and prepare items for distribution.
  • Unpack and break down boxes efficiently, organizing inventory for seamless operations.
  • Liaise with Player Services to request and manage inventory as needed.
  • Clear packaging materials promptly to maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Ensure carpets and floors are clean and free of debris after gift unboxing and distribution.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the designated areas.
  • Safely lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs to designated locations.
