About The Position

The Receiving Associate assists with warehouse operations at the retail store, including unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory. The role ensures products are ready for counting and inspection, paperwork is completed, inventory is stored and rotated appropriately, and warehouse safety procedures are followed. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Availability to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.
• Ability to exert the stated physical effort: 30–60 pounds occasionally, 20–30 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel; frequently stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must complete required equipment training and become forklift certified.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training; forklift certification is required.
• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
