About The Position

The Receiving Associate assists with warehouse operations at the retail store. The role includes unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory. The position is available full-time or part-time.

The associate ensures products are ready for counting and inspection, completes receiving paperwork, stores products safely and efficiently, and oversees warehouse inventory rotation. The role also requires following safe-lifting practices and standard operating procedures and completing required department and equipment training, including forklift certification.

Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Availability to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of previous warehouse experience.
• Experience driving a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Understand and comply with the company’s safe-lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training, including forklift certification.
