About The Position

Receives and inspects all incoming products at the service facility. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Inspect and document the condition of the product. Advise Service Manager of unusual occurrences seen on product. Uses advanced inspection methods when receiving products. Assembles/reassembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies. Advise Service manager when supplies are needed to perform tasks. Assists shipping completed components to customers. Assists shipping defective material back to vendors. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment by adhering to all departmental procedures and safety regulations.

Requirements

Ability to use tools safely and properly without damaging product
Able to understand and execute detailed instructions
Able to describe and document details
HS diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience in a repair/service environment required
