We are looking for a strong operational leader to oversee our Receiving & Intake functions and help drive performance across the warehouse. The Receiving & Intake Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse receiving and intake operations while managing a team of 10+ employees. This role requires a decisive, experienced operations professional who understands warehouse workflows, process improvement, and team development. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, leads by example, and is committed to creating efficiencies, reducing operational costs, and supporting cross-functional business needs through training and collaboration.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of warehouse or operations leadership experience
- Proven experience supervising teams of 10+ employees
- Strong operational knowledge in receiving, intake, logistics, or warehouse workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead people, build teams, and develop talent
- Decisive leadership style with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple operational areas as business needs evolve
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a LEAN or continuous improvement environment preferred
- Experience in electronics refurbishment, reverse logistics, or technology operations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead all Receiving & Intake warehouse operations
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10 or more employees
- Drive accountability, productivity, and performance across the department
- Ensure accurate and timely receiving, intake processing, and inventory handling
- Develop and implement operational efficiencies to improve throughput and reduce costs
- Support and promote LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement practices
- Cross-train team members and collaborate with other operational departments to support business demands
- Monitor KPIs, labor productivity, quality metrics, and operational performance
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- Partner with leadership to support company growth and operational scalability
